A friend from knit group posted this article on Facebook, and it brought tears to my eyes. Silly, I know. Knitting has always been a stress relief for me, so why not to others?
I've been busy with projects.

Nice quick project. I could have made a whole pair in a day if I didn't have to work! The colorwork chart is easy to follow.
I'm also working on a plain stockinette sock cap for the husband. He needs something without much bulk to fit under his hard hat at work. I'm using Cascade 220, working over 84 stitches, 2x2 rib for 2 inches, then switch to stockinette until the whole thing measures a little over 5 inches before starting the decrease for the crown.
Daniel took his license exam this morning and passed with a really good score. Next thing is to follow up with the spas in town where he dropped off his application a couple of weeks ago. It may be difficult for a guy to get a massage therapy job, but once folks experience his magic hands, they'll be back for more!
Anna is enjoying her new job with the city. We spent some time at Thanksgiving at the house in Springfield, painting and doing repairs in anticipation of putting it on the market. I hope it sells quickly for them and they find a new place around home soon!
Hi ho, hi ho, it's back to work I go :)
