Breathing time

One week down, 15 more to go before winter break. But who's counting?

This morning I worked on my bike a bit - pulled the battery, which took some doing (it's charging now). Ron helped me remove the handbrake and I cleaned what I could... there was lots of gunked up old brake fluid, and I think I'm going to need a little more guidance with it. There is a piston that has gotten stuck and I can't loosen it up... there's a rubber bellows-type thing around the piston, and I'm not sure if it's still good or not, but can't tell until I get the piston out of the middle of it. Yeah, I'm certain those are the technical terms... *eyeroll*

I also got a few more rounds finished on the Rosy Fingered Dawn shawl - ready to change to the fourth color and knit some "Mountains in the Rain." Also called Patty and we'll be going up there tomorrow, staying the night, and seeing Anna off on Monday morning.

More later :)
