The last few months have been pretty busy all around. The house is coming along nicely, especially considering the guys have just Saturdays and a little on Sunday sometimes. Here's my house on the hill... it will have a 10 ft porch on three sides and a deck in back. And yes, there's a cow pasture between the house and the road. Things seem to be picking up speed. We have the estimate and contract for getting the electric run, estimates for windows, and we've decided on the roofing style (dark blue metal). Exciting!
IN THE WORKS:
Fireside Pullover - Cascade Eco+ Boysenberry. I am on the first sleeve.
Dudester Scarf - Hobby Lobby Chloe in the grey shades. This is a new yarn for them - 70% wool, 30% viscose. It's smooth with a little bit of a sheen, and shows off the stitches in this scarf really well.
Anemone Hat - Malabrigo Rios Anniversario. Very fun hat with little twistie stitches so it's going to look like a head full of worms sproinging out.
This is not the full list!! These three are the ones I am focusing on right now. I do a little work on one or two of them a day. I've also been doing a bit of spinning and quilting.
Leaving you with pics from my granddaughter's birthday party last month. She is 4 now, and getting to be quite a character. My nephew Jax was there too, in disguise!😊
