EEEEEEEEeeeee!

Well golly, it's been a long time. Nobody has repainted the walls here yet, so I guess things are ok. Just wish they'd dust - the blogdustbunnies are huge!

Work has been extremely busy lately. Don't get me wrong, I love that! Homework has been piled on too, and I have been trying to keep on top of it. In between all of that, there has actually been some knitting. A friend of mine is big into Harry Potter, and I'm making a Slytherin scarf for him. It's good mindless knitting, round and round and round and... I also started a shawl out of this yarn. Very obvious what was used to set the color - when I opened the package, the smell of vinegar smacked me down! But the colors are gorgeous and rich, and the yarn is easy to work with. And after a bit of a sock hiatus, I've taken up the peachy pink pair again. Hmm oh yeah, and there's that *shiver* acrylic afghan for a Christmas gift. Christmas. Eek!

Less than a month and my girl is home. :)
