Just a Quickie!

 Project complete!

I finished the fidget quilt! We stopped at the nursing home for a while after church. Mom was sitting in the hallway with several other ladies, very alert, and was just telling the nurses about me ( uh oh!). She was really glad to see us, and that made me really happy. I showed her the quilt, all if the things she could do on it, the photos of her and Dad, etc. She was trying to ask if I could make one for her, and was really tickled when I told her I had made this one for her. We stayed until they walked her down to the dining room. 

Lots of cool fiddly things to keep her hands occupied. Good textures and bright colors. I saw a few on Etsy for around $75. The back is bright pink fleece to help keep it from sliding off her lap. That’s all, folks!
